The kit is ideally suited for the time-saving and reproducible preparation of single-cell suspensions in combination with the gentleMACS? Dissociators.

Applications

The Tumor Dissociation Kit has been developed for the dissociation of primary human tumors and xenografts. It has been optimized for a wide range of tumor types, including breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, and more.
